Misti Pace-Krahl graduated from Texas Woman's University with a degree in psychology with an emphasis in fashion merchandising. While attending TWU she had the privilege of studying Haute Couture in Paris and London. Some of Misti's most inspirational experiences occurred while exploring the archives of Yves Saint Laurent and observing the process of Zandra Rhodes Designs.
After graduating from TWU, Misti's savvy entrepreneurial sense drove her to start her first wardrobe styling company in Dallas and Houston. MISTI STYLE is a style-driven company that provides a diverse array of services such as photo styling, wardrobe consulting and fashion production.
Misti's accolades include articles in the Daily Candy (Dallas), People Newspaper (Dallas) and a recognized fashion show in Houston Modern Luxury (Too Hot to Trot). She has spoken for the First Global Women Business Leaders Forum, "How to Dress Fashionably and Professionally while Traveling."
2010 proved to strengthen Misti's professional portfolio, putting MISTI STYLE in the Houston spotlight. Her work was published in Houston Brides. Misti successfully produced: The River Oaks Fashion Show and the Village Arcade Fashion Show, both of which benefited the American Heart Association. She also produced the Fall Fusion Event at the River Oaks Shopping Center.
Misti loves her community and with her savvy entrepreneurial spirit she created The Mommie Series. The Mommie Series, a quarterly educational series for the Modern Mom based on FAMILY, HEALTH, FINANCE and FASHION. The success of The Mommie Series has been raved about in Culture Map, 002 Magazine, Tidbits and spotlighted on KPRC Channel 2.
